Q: I have just received my V2 Premier computer system. What should I do first?

A: In most cases, the V2 Premier has been shipped to you in three separate packages: the computer, tower and mixed box.

The tower box should contain a Bill of Materials, which outlines all shipped products. Please compare this document with the contents of all boxes making sure nothing is missing or damaged.

If damage occurred to an item in transit, you have 24 hours to make a claim directly to UPS. If an item is missing from your system, you have 30 days to call Viscom and request a replacement.

Please take note of the Microsoft Product Key label located at the top of your computer. Some of the other software CDs may also have product keys. These 'keys' serve as individual licenses for product use on one computer. We suggest keeping a record of each of these keys and storing the information in a safe place in case the original labels become lost or damaged. It is also a good idea to keep serial numbers on record for each piece of your computer system's equipment.

As you unpack your new V2premier computer system, please note that specific cables match specific computer items. Refer to the Open Me First packet for specific instructions on getting your computer up and running.

  • Shop NBC Customers:
    All products purchased through Shop NBC Network will have an invoice mailed separately by Shop NBC.
  • Viscom Technology Group Customers:
    All other online items purchased directly through Viscom Technology Group. For questions regarding your V2 Premier order, please contact us.

Most of the software you will be using on your computer has been preinstalled into your system, so you will not need to run the CDs. Exceptions are noted in your Bill of Materials. The CDs are provided as a backup, though some 'install programs' will still require you to insert the CD.


Q: Is there a User's Manual available?

A: As many things have become obsolete, many paper manuals have become a thing of the past. Do not despair! You will be glad to know that 99% of all software programs have on-screen, built-in manuals.

For on-screen assistance, you may press the F1 key which is located at the top left-hand corner of your keyboard. This should bring the Help window up on your screen.


Q: Can I get a copy of my invoice/bill?

A: All products purchased by Shop NBC Network will have an invoice mailed separately by Shop NBC.

If you are a Shop NBC customer, you can print a copy of your invoice from ShopNBC.com by selecting the My Account tab.

If you are not a Shop NBC member, you may register by following the simple instructions at ShopNBC.com, then click on the My Account tab.

All other online items purchased directly through Viscom Technology Group please contact us.


Q: What should I do if I'm missing an item?

A: First, check your Bill of Materials to be sure the item comes with your system. Next, recheck each of the boxes sent to you. If you are missing software, read the small writing on your CD, as they often contain several programs on each disk.

If you find you are still missing an item, please contact V2premier technical support to request a replacement. Any missing items must be reported within 30 days upon receipt of your system.
